John Stringer

John Stringer

John Stringer has over 35 years of experience in the power industry spread across manufacturing, construction and engineering. He is currently President of Rolls-Royce Nuclear North America. John began his career at General Dynamics Electric Boat in various roles in the management of the designing and building of nuclear submarines for the US Navy. While at EB, he was involved in the building of the 688, Trident and Sea Wolf class submarines. He was the Project Manager overseeing the construction of the first Sea Wolf submarine. After leaving EB to join the civil nuclear market, John held positions at several consulting engineering firms. He spent several years with Westinghouse Electric Company managing the overall nuclear plant maintenance and modification business as Vice President of two of its major divisions. He next joined R. Brooks Associates in Rochester, NY as their President. In this role, he oversaw the development of advanced robotics and their implementation for the inspection and repair of such critical nuclear plants as steam generators, reactor vessels and associated piping.

Mr. Stringer holds a BS degree in Nuclear Engineering from SUNY Maritime College and an Executive MBA from Barrington College. He is past President and Chairman of the Board of the American Society for Non-Destructive Testing.

Christopher P. Gillespie

Christopher P. Gillespie has over 30 years of experience in leadership and executive management.  Having started his career with General Motors, then transitioning to Electronic Data Systems, Chris has held CTO, CIO, COO and Senior Vice President positions with Dime Saving Bank, Havas and Prestige Brands.  He is an accomplished executive who with his  extensive knowledge, has an innovative approach for delivering customer focused solutions for underperforming companies and programs and increasing their profitability and performance.

Mr. Gillespie holds a BSEE from the University of Louisiana and received his leadership training at Electronic Data Systems.  He was a member of the board of directors at the Society for Information Management prior to working for the Company full time.

Michael J. Gillespie

Michael J. Gillespie left the engineering firm AECOM in 2012 and has over 12 years experience working in several areas of engineering design, and project and construction management.  Michael has supported a variety of clients including NYC DEP, NYC Transit, NJ Transit, the LIRR, the MTA, NYC School Construction Authority and NY Power Authority.  He has worked on large water and wastewater plants for the NYC DEP, and other municipal sewerage authorities and was most recently project manager of a 15MW cogeneration project for NY Power Authority at Rikers Island.  Michael has turnkey experience in management and design of power generation systems of over $75 million and Program Management in projects in aggregate of $500 million.

Mr. Gillespie holds a BS in Marine Engineering Systems from the United States Merchant Marine Acadamy and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering – Thermal Systems from Stevens Institue of Technology. He is a Professional Engineer and certified by USGBC as a LEED Accredited Professional, and by the US Coast Guard as a 3rd Assistant Engineer for Unlimited Horsepower Steam, Diesel and Gas Turbine ship propulsion.

Patrick Hynes

Patrick Hynes is a co-founder of fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty (1547).  1547 specializes in acquiring, developing and operating strategically-located, custom built datacenter properties.  Mr. Hynes has worked in the construction industry for the past 30 years. Beginning as a laborer, and working his way through the ranks as a carpenter, supervisor, and project manager, he has gained the confidence and respect of countless clients and design teams by effectively coordinating projects and maximizing resources. His success is attributed to his unrelenting attention to detail.

Mr. Hynes is also co-owner of The Martin Group, a premier national datacenter construction firm. At The Martin Group, Mr. Hynes oversees construction projects from a full range of services including estimating, purchasing, consulting and general contracting. Mr. Hynes attended Glassboro State College and holds OSHA 30-hour, 7×24 Exchange and AFCOM member licenses and certifications.

Andrew C. Jacobs

Andrew Jacobs has a 35-year track record of successfully starting, managing and growing several small and medium sized companies. He currently serves as president of Sustainable Agriculture Fund, a small private (family) investment fund he founded in 2011 whose mission is to provide affordable capital to U.S. small and medium sized agricultural enterprises employing environmentally sustainable materials and processes. Andy was previously CEO, President and majority shareholder of PCCW Teleservices (US), Inc., a multinational call center service provider, until the 2011 completion of the sale of the company to PCCW Limited, the premier telecommunications service provider in Hong Kong.

Andy serves on the Board of Directors of two non-profit organizations – Urban Farms of Central Ohio, which he co-founded in 2013 to grow healthy food on abandoned or underutilized urban property, and Harlem Grown, a New York City based youth development and urban farming organization, where he currently serves as Chairman – as well as the Boards of several early stage for-profit companies. He is a member of the Donor Services and Development Advisory Committee of The Columbus Foundation, the seventh-largest community foundation worldwide, with assets totaling over $1.5 billion, and together with his wife, Cathy, owns Shaker View Farm, a 200 acre farm in the Hudson Valley of New York that is being transitioned to the production of certified organic grains, grasses, fruits and vegetables.

A graduate of Johns Hopkins University and the University of Michigan Law School, Andy had previously founded, led and successfully sold Excel Retirement Communities, a builder, developer and operator of luxury multi-family independent and assisted living facilities. Prior to Excel, Andy was a securities and anti-trust litigator at the New York law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell.

Harris T. Semegram

Harris T. Semegram is Director of Credit for Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc., a distributor of health and beauty care products, serving in that position since 2002. He is responsible for the global accounts receivable portfolio of the company. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of credit and risk management for Brother International, Block Drug Company and The American Cyanamid Company. Since 2010, Mr. Semegram has served as Chairman of the Board of The Federation of Credit and Financial Executives, a financial service organization providing risk assessment services, continuing education and career support. Mr. Semegram has also served as either a director or chairman of several other industry credit organizations. Mr. Semegram holds an MBA in Finance from Manhattan College, Bronx NY and advanced degrees from Pace University and Hunter College. He holds a Certified Credit Executive designation from the National Association of Credit Management.
